Ridge-i Inc.(hereinafter referred to as "The Company" will use personal information obtained directly in writing or by methods other than direct writing for the purposes specified below.

1.Purpose of use of personal information obtained directly in writing

The purposes of use shall be as follows. However, when personal information is obtained by clearly stating the purpose of use to the person in writing, the purpose of use shall be the content stated in the separate document.

Provision of employment information, recruitment, employment selection, joining procedures, and implementation of various training programs prior to joining the company.
(b) Personal information provided at the time of inquiry
To respond to inquiries, to contact the relevant internal department in charge, and to confirm the identity of the person when the person contacts us again.
2. Purpose of use of personal information acquired by methods other than direct writing
(c) Personal information provided by client companies and personal information obtained for business purposes.
To provide management consulting, IT consulting, and other business and transactional services to client companies and sales companies.
(d) Personal information provided by recruitment support companies
Provision of employment information, recruitment, employment selection, joining procedures, and implementation of various training prior to joining.
(e) Personal information provided by dispatch companies
To carry out personnel and employment management of the Company and other daily operations that are minimally necessary for the operation of the Company's business.
3.Provision of personal information to third parties

The Company may outsource part or all of the work related to the handling of personal information to a third party within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use for which the consent of the individual has been obtained.
In the case of outsourcing, the Company will evaluate that the subcontractor has appropriate information security management measures in place and obtain a commitment that personal data will not be used for any purpose other than the subcontracted work.
